Crews are expected to be onsite until at least 11 p.m. and completion of the project is dependent on the weather
Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified that crews are responding to an emergency water main break at 212 Somerdale Road in Gloucester Township. Police will be on the scene to help direct impacted traffic until the site is cleared.
“Motorists should be sure to give themselves extra time to reach their destination and avoid the area if possible until crews are finished working,” Shin Angulo said. “This is an emergency repair, and crews will be working to restore normal traffic flow as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if driving through the area is must, motorists should exhibit extra caution, be mindful of shifting traffic patterns and sudden stops.”
Crews are expected to be onsite until at least 11 p.m. Scheduling and project timing is dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
