Police say an officer also allegedly observed what appeared to be an open drink in the center console cup holder.
The following information is on file with the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department:
On March 4 at approximately 3:02 a.m., Mt. Laurel Police arrested a male for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
According to police, a routine traffic stop was conducted and a 29-year-old male of Mt. Laurel was then taken into custody for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
During the course of the investigation, police say an officer also allegedly observed what appeared to be an open drink in the center console cup holder.
The man was subsequently transported to police headquarters for processing and was charged accordingly.
