Call to Action: Fixing NJ’s Broken Political System taking place Saturday

The Cherry Hill Progressive Democrats are sponsoring this event Unitarian Universalist Church.

The Cherry Hill Progressive Democrats are co-sponsoring, “Call to Action: Fixing NJ’s Broken Political System.” The event will take place on Saturday, March 2, at 3:30 p.m. at Unitarian Universalist Church, 401 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill.

Residents can join a lineup of organizers, politicians and policy experts to discuss how New Jersey’s political system works and how it can be repaired. The event will examine what can be done to ensure a progressive, more transparent and more democratic path forward in the state. Attendees will include John Wisniewski, former deputy speaker of the New Jersey State Assembly; Analilia Mejia, Bernie Sanders’ National Political Director, the League of Women Voters, scholars and activists.
