Superintendent talks South Harrison’s strategic planning process

Press release from South Harrison-Kingsway Regional School Districts Superintendent of Schools James Lavender

The South Harrison Township Elementary School District’s Board of Education has engaged the community in a strategic planning process. As a result, we had an energetic and thought-provoking initial meeting on Jan. 10, and I was pleased to see two-dozen staff and community members in attendance. A copy of our session outcomes, which reflects a number of strengths and challenges the district presently faces, can be found on our website at www.SouthHarrison.K12.NJ.US/Page/1261.

Our next meeting will take place in the school cafeteria on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. and will last no more than 90 minutes. The last meeting is scheduled for Feb. 11 at 6 p.m.

We look forward to seeing you and welcome your input as we strive for continuous improvement of our school system. For more information please visit our webpage above for “Strategic Plan 2019–2022.”
