Scholarship open to Berlin Borough students

The Lucien P. Memorial Scholarship is now open to students for a $1,000 scholarship and a $500 scholarship

Residents of Berlin borough that attend Eastern Regional, Camden County Technical High School, Bishop Eustace Prep, Camden Catholic, Paul VI High School or Saint Joseph are now able eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Required by students is an official sealed transcript with the students GPA, weighted GPA and class size, information on their community service and school activities. Students must also answer two essay questions in 200 to 400 words.

One scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded to a student attending a four-year college or university and another scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a student attending a two-year college. The application can be obtained at the student’s high school’s guidance office or at the Marie Fleche Memorial Library.

The deadline for applying will be determined in March.
