The 2nd annual family friendly Comic-Con event will take place Feb. 15
After the success of last year’s event, Palmyra schools have decided to make Panther Con an annual event. The Comic-Con inspired celebration of everything to do with the Palmyra School District invites students, parents and administration to don their favorite superhero costume and join in the fun.
Registration for the event opens Feb. 1 on the Palmyra High School website. The $5 admission price includes a meal ticket and beverage. Only 500 tickets will be sold, and won’t be available at the door so act fast.
The convention is taking place Feb. 15 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Palmyra High School, 311 W. 5th Street.
Preschool to eighth grade students must be accompanied by an adult. Ninth through 12th grade students will be allowed with a school I.D.
The school requests that attendees not wear masks that cover the face.
