RCBC holding information sessions for 9–1–1 Dispatcher Training Program

Sessions taking place this month at Rowan College Mt. Laurel Campus

Information sessions are being held throughout the month of January at the Rowan College Mt. Laurel Campus about a training program that prepares individuals for a career as a 911 dispatcher.

The next sessions will be held at 900 College Circle in the TEC Building of the Rowan College Mt. Laurel campus Jan. 14 at 11 a.m. in room 208, and Jan. 17 at 1 p.m. in room 210.

The 80-hour training program prepares individuals for entry-level positions in a 911 Dispatch Call Center. This program provides industry-recognized certifications from the National Emergency Communications Institute, the New Jersey Emergency Medical Dispatcher and the American Red Cross (CPR) certification.
