The law firm of Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen, LLC recently announced a new name for the expanding Cherry Hill law firm, which focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
“I am both excited and honored to announce the Law Offices of Adam M. Kotlar, LLC will be renamed Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen Law Offices,” founding attorney Adam M. Kotlar said. “This rebranding is not a reflection of a change in principles, but a unification of a shared vision by me and newly minted partners, Jose Hernandez, Tim Search, Justin Cohen and the rest of our incredible team.”
Founded by Kotlar in 1995 and previously known as the Law Offices of Adam M. Kotlar, LLC, the law firm now consists of the four partners, eight other attorneys and many other legal professionals.
“The foundation of our firm for twenty-three years has been built on the golden rule and the underlying tenet of putting people first,” Kotlar said. “Our newly named KHC Firm has officially adopted the maxim “We Put People First,” which promises to remain the building block of our future.”
“New name, same commitment to excellent client service,” Kotlar added.
Hernandez joined the law firm as an associate in 2014. His areas of expertise include personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, construction site injuries, trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, workers’ compensation and other cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Cohen has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year since 2016. His areas of expertise include workers’ compensation and personal injury cases throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Search has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. As a former insurance defense attorney, he brings an inside perspective to the firm’s work representing injured workers.
Kotlar is a certified civil trial attorney and workers’ compensation attorney in New Jersey. Only four attorneys in New Jersey are certified as both. He also practices in Pennsylvania.
