Jamie Bratton joins Innovative Benefit Planning in Moorestown as part of their marketing department. She will serve as Director of Development & Communications.
Reporting to their CEO, Terriann Procida, this position is responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans across every Innovative business unit, designed to capitalize on market opportunities, generate demand of Innovative’s services and help to position Innovative as an employer of choice.
Bratton will work closely with existing and potential clients to expand partnerships through advanced communication strategies and offerings. In addition, she will play an integral role in our internal workplace development, including assisting in the hiring process, recognizing team achievements and building culture and will help to involve the team in activities that promote how Innovative makes a difference in our community.

Prior to accepting this position, Bratton spent 15 years in various marketing positions. During this time, she specialized in developing innovative and strategic marketing and business development programs to strengthen organizations brand awareness and market share. She started her career in dental medical devices as a marketing communications manager and most recently worked for a local South Jersey law firm creating print and digital marketing campaigns and strategic programs to target, attract and convert prospects and referrals. Bratton is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in marketing and currently resides in Moorestown.
