Local ambulance squad teaming up with American Red Cross
The American Red Cross is in need of blood and platelet donations for patients in need. Donated blood goes directly to patients suffering from serious injuries like a car crash, surgeries, child birth, anemia, blood disorders and cancer treatments.
If you would like to answer that call Palmyra EMS is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive at their ambulance building located at 125 W. Broad Street. The drive will run from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday Nov. 16.
