Food sensitivity workshop to take place Nov. 7.

Learn about the various connections between what we eat and how good we feel

Learn how food sensitivities can cause physical and mental health issues at a free workshop on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. at Mom’s Organic Market, 1631 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill.

Topics to be discussed include the evolution of sensitivities, the Gut-Brain Connection, the immune system’s function, determining reactive foods and how the body heals itself naturally following the elimination of offending foods.

This event is open to the public and children are welcome. Those experiencing IBS, migraines, and skin problems are encouraged to attend. This information will be especially helpful to those who have a mysterious illness, which hasn’t yet been diagnosed. Reservations are required. To reserve a seat, call (609) 202–8188.
