Donations can be made from through Monday, Oct. 29, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The Evesham Township Police Department is inviting residents to help with “Operation Fill the Trailer” related to the relief effort for Hurricane Florence.
Although Hurricane Florence devastated the coast of North Carolina and South Carolina several weeks ago, those with the ETPD say there is still a great need for food and supplies.
As such, the ETPD is collecting donations in the lobby of police headquarters at 984 Tuckerton Road.
According to police, the following items would greatly appreciated:
- Bottled Water
- Non-Perishable Food Items
- Diapers
- Baby formula
- Flashlights
- Batteries
- Cleaning Supplies
- Personal Hygiene items (Soap, toothpaste, and sanitizer)
- Toiletries (Toilet paper, paper towels, rags)
- First Aids Kits
- Pet Food
- Non-prescription medications
Donations can be made from through Monday, Oct. 29, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
According to police, the supplies will go directly to one of the hardest hit areas of Craven County in North Carolina.
The department will delivering donations in person to those who need it the most.
