Gloucester County Board of Freeholders to host Bankers and Brokers Breakfast

Press release from Gloucester County Board of Freeholders

The Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Gloucester County Department of Economic Development will be hosting their 17th annual Bankers and Brokers Breakfast at Auletto’s Caterers on Friday, Sept. 14.

The Bankers and Brokers Breakfast began as a way to showcase what the county was doing and what programs and partnerships were being offered. The event has grown into a successful program where decision makers and investors learn first-hand about what is happening in Gloucester County.

Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger said, “This year’s Bankers and Brokers event will feature a panel of experts from a variety of organizations and agencies who will offer insight into the economic future of our region.”

Freeholder Simmons will moderate the panel. Speakers include John Burzichelli, Project Manager for the Paulsboro Marine Terminal for the Gloucester County Improvement Authority, Matt Cabrey of the Select Greater Philadelphia Council, Bob Cleveland of Columbia Bank, Michelle Shirey of the Gloucester County Workforce Development Board, and Harry Stone of the Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation.

Freeholder Heather Simmons, liaison to economic development said, “Giving industry leaders a forum where they can gather information about what is happening in finance, worker training, and infrastructure projects can help further growth and improvement within the businesses in our county.”

The event is free and will take place from 8:30 to 11 a.m.

Registration is required and attendees must RSVP. To register please call (856) 384–6963 or email [email protected]
