All information is on file with the Winslow Township Police Department
On July 20, at approximately 1 a.m., Winslow Township Police was dispatched to the 200 section of Tamerlane Apartments located at 501 Chews Landing Road in Sicklerville for the report of a disturbance.
Arriving officers located the victim who was bleeding profusely due to a stab wound sustained to her abdominal area. Officers administered first aid to the victim until she was stabilized and transported via ambulance to Cooper Medical Center.
The investigation at the scene led to the identification of an individual suspected of inflicting the injury.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident and charged with aggravated assault, weapons offenses and attempted homicide.
