Moorestown law firm grows their team

Planning attorney Rachel Glavis has come onĀ board.

Moorestown law firm Posternock Apell, PC is continuing to grow with their recent hiring of prominent estate planning attorney Rachel W. Glavis. Glavis has a masters in taxation from Villanova School of Law and works primarily with families to develop plans to accommodate tax savings, asset-preservation and long-term care.

The addition of Rachel comes just two months after Posternock Apell, PC unveiled Advo-Kids, the firmā€™s unique Special Education Department (www.SpecialEdNJ.com ) combining the flexibility of special education advocates with lawyers under a single roof. Glavisā€™ trusts and estate planning background allows Advo-Kids to provide clients with special needs trusts, which plan specifically for the ongoing care of a child or adult with specialĀ needs.

Glavis also advises executors, administrators and trustees with the administration of estates and trusts and prepares personal and fiduciary income tax returns. She represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries and interested parties in accounting actions, will contests and other probate litigation matters. She prepares guardianship applications and assists families with the preparation of guardianship accountings andĀ reports.

Prior to joining Posternock Apell, Glavis worked at boutique tax firms across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and for the Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults of NewĀ Jersey.

When not planning estates, Glavis enjoys spending time outdoors with her two sons and husband at local sporting and scoutingĀ events.
