SWP will host an event in Cherry Hill on Friday, June 8.
Student Working Professionals, a non-profit organization that provides all youth real-world internships in varied fields of business, will celebrate this year’s SWP Bright Horizons student achievers with a day of appreciation on Friday June 8.
For the second year in a row, SWP Bright Horizons worked with Y.A.L.E. Standard 9 program students, providing practical business experience, teaching valuable life skills and instilling the importance of being involved and giving back to the community.
The event will also recognize the founders of Topos Teas, who won this year’s Rowan University Business Plan Competition and are being mentored by Daniel J. Ruotolo, principal of NOW! Financial Network and founder of SWP.
The event will be held at the NFN office, 41 Kings Highway N. in Cherry Hill from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will enjoy a down home barbeque and recognition ceremony with family and friends.
