Mullica Hill Rotary Club bands with Kingsway Regional High School in support of the environment

Mullica Hill Rotary Club: Beverly Christy, Bob Christy, Mark Gravinese, Denise Racano, Joe Knorr and Laurie Iannucci

The Mullica Hill Rotary Club sponsors the Kingsway Regional High School Interact Club, a junior Rotary Club focused on community service. Last week, the two groups joined together at the high school to plant a tree on Earth/Arbor Day. The International Rotary President challenged every Rotary Club across the world to do so in order to help protect and sustain the environment.

“We tend to take the environment for granted and he wants all of us to be aware that we cannot ignore its health,” Denise Racano, the Mullica Hill Rotary Club President said.

She added, “The Mullica Hill Rotary’s mission is Service Above Self. We provide service to others who are in need, promote integrity in all that we do, and ensure that what we do will be beneficial to all concerned. Through our actions, we make sure we express our commitment to service, fellowship, diversity and leadership.”
