Non-profit helps clients who are elderly and disabled
It Takes A Village New Jersey (ITAVNJ), a local non-profit organization, is looking for volunteers who have several hours once a week to visit and help a client.
Typically, clients are either disabled or elderly who need help getting groceries, going to the bank or visiting local doctors. The organization provides these services and companionship without charge for those who qualify.
ITAVNJ serves Cinnaminson, Delran, Hainesport, Maple Shade, Moorestown, Mt. Laurel and Burlington.
