New Jersey American Water is beginning a water main replacement project in Cherry Hill to improve service reliability, prevent water outages and enhance fire protection. The project will replace aging pipe dating back to theĀ 1900s.

Beginning this month, NJAWās contractor, Pioneer Pipe Contractors Inc. will begin work on Utah Avenue in Cherry Hill, from South Kings Highway to the end of theĀ road.
Prior to the start of construction, the residents within the scope of the project will receive a notice stating the actual state date. Drivers and pedestrians are reminded to take caution while traveling in the vicinity of work sites, especially during construction hours.
