Robert Hunter named department manager for T&M Associates

A Cherry Hill resident, Hunter will lead the company’s site development initiatives out of its Mt. Laurel office.

Cherry Hill resident Robert Hunter has joined T&M Associates’ Mt. Laurel office as department manager to lead the company’s site development initiatives. Hunter will work across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, education and government, to provide customized, full-service land development consulting and project execution. He will oversee all phases of projects from acquisition to development, and ensure that effective, high-quality solutions are delivered, while meeting all time and budget imperatives.

Over the course of his 17-year career, Hunter has successfully managed large-scale real estate development projects and established strong client relationships throughout South Jersey. He brings a deep knowledge of the region’s local communities, regulators, stakeholders and geographic characteristics and has extensive experience in serving both private and municipal accounts. Hunter specializes in land development, municipal infrastructure, zoning analysis and interpretation, Municipal Land Use Law and utility engineering. As department manager, he will drive new business, build a best-in-class team and work closely with T&M’s Philadelphia-based group to expand on the company’s redevelopment efforts in Camden.

Hunter earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University. He is a professional engineer and certified municipal engineer for the state of New Jersey.
