Police say a suspect allegedly displayed a semi-automatic handgun to the pharmacist and demanded OxyContin and Percocet pills.

At 10:18 a.m. on Jan. 25, Mt. Laurel Police responded to a hold up alarm at the Larchmont Pharmacy, 200 Larchmont Blvd.
Prior to arrival, police say officers learned that an armed robbery had just occurred. The investigation revealed that a suspect allegedly entered the pharmacy, displayed a dark colored semi-automatic handgun to the pharmacist and demanded OxyContin and Percocet pills.
According to police, the pharmacist gave the suspect an undetermined amount of pills and the suspect walked out of the store. No customers were in the store at the time and the pharmacist was not injured. A nearby elementary school on Hartford Road was briefly put in “Lock-Out” status while police officers checked the area for the suspect.
The suspect is described as a male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, possibly a ¼ zipper, a black face mask and dark pants. He was also wearing distinctive shoes. They are believed to be Timberland Euro Hiker Jacquard white boots. Also of note is his distinct walk.
