The 26-year-old male was charged with invasion of privacy and harassment
Following an investigation involving up-skirt photographs of a female shopper at the Turnersville Walmart on Sept. 26, Washington Township police have arrested a 26-year-old Williamstown male on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
Police reported a white male had taken an up-skirt photograph of a female who was shopping inside the Turnersville Walmart between 3 p.m. and 5:11 p.m. When the female confronted the individual, he walked away and eventually fled the area.
The suspect was charged with invasion of privacy and harassment and was released pending a future court date.
