Harry P. Jones, of Cherry Hill, passed away at the age of 93. Jones was a long time hairdresser at “Glenns,” a beauty salon in Haddonfield, and the family has asked that Haddonfield patrons know of his passing on Monday, May 22.
Jones was the dear husband of Eleanor K. (nee Padgett), loving father of Glenn and Craig Jones and Colleen Jones Kamish. He was also the cherished grandfather of Melissa, Chadd, Cole, Dalton, Tate, Christopher and Sarah; dear brother of Joseph and Marie Jones.
“Mr. Glenn” as he was affectionately known by his loyal customers, was a barber and hair stylist for over 60 years in the Haddonfield area. He served in the Navy during WWII and was an avid fisherman and skier in his free time.
