Police say the incident began on June 13 when an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop for a vehicle being driven erratically.

On June 13 at 11:30 p.m., an officer with the Evesham Township Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on N. Maple Ave and Greentree Road for a vehicle being driven erratically.
During the investigation, police say officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Police say a subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of heroin.
Arrested:
A male, age 25, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
