Police say the incident began by responding to a home in the 3700 block of Elberta Court to investigate a missing person’s complaint.
On June 8, officers from the Evesham Township Police Department responded to a home in the 3700 block of Elberta Court to investigate a missing person’s complaint.
Police say during the investigation officers arrested the homeowner, Marlton male, for the alleged possession and distribution of methamphetamines, pharmaceutical pills and LSD.
According to police, The New Jersey State Police HAZMAT Unit and detectives from the Burlington County Prosecutors Office responded to the scene and assisted with the investigation due to the suspicion that the suspect was manufacturing the drugs inside the home.
Arrested:
A male, age 37, of Marlton, was charged with three counts of third-degree possession and distribution of methamphetamines, pharmaceutical pills and LSD. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail with no bail.
