Rutgers Master Gardeners to host talk on mosquitos

The talk will take placer at the Camden County Parks Environmental Center in Cherry Hill on May 24.

Mosquitos will be topic of discussion at Rutgers Master Gardeners of Camden County’s next homeowners “Back to Basics” series talk.

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 24, at the Camden County Parks Environmental Center in Cherry Hill. The talk will cover the importance of preventing mosquitos from becoming a nuisance and the diseases associated with the insect. A representative from the Mosquitos Commission will be the presenter.

The cost to attend is $10 per household. Sign-in starts at 6:30 p.m. with the talk beginning at 7 p.m. Checks should be made payable to Master Gardeners of Camden County, Attention: Becki Szkotak.
