Gloucester Township Day to take place Saturday, June 3 featuring live entertainment, scholarship presentation and fireworks

The Gloucester Township Day Scholarship Committee joins with Gloucester Township to present its annual Gloucester Township Day. Having originated in 1984 as a celebration for the township, Gloucester Township Day has turned into a fundraising opportunity to offer college scholarships to graduating seniors from Gloucester Township as well as celebrate the township.

Students build garden at Winslow Township Middle School

The school installed an outdoor garden classroom and an indoor marker lab after winning a $15,000 grant. They are expanding the variety of skills being taught at the school.

Pedestrian dies in motor crash near Fox Croft Apartment Complex

According to the Gloucester Township Polices, a pedestrian died on April 30 after being involved in a motor vehicle crash. Officers responded to a 911 call at 11:32 a.m., but the victim was pronounced deceased by EMS.

Winslow Township offices closed on Memorial Day

Winslow Township announces that all general offices will be closed and there will be no trash collection on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29. Trash will be rescheduled for Tuesday, May 30.
