“SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age” will air in the County Library auditorium on Sunday, May 7 at 1:30 p.m.
Burlington County Library will present a documentary revealing how technology time impacts the development of kids while offering practical resources for empowering them to best navigate the digital world on Sunday, May 7 at 1:30 p.m. in the Westampton auditorium. “SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age” is geared for tweens, teens, parents and educators, and tickets, which cost $5 each, may be purchased at the door as well as advance at www.impactflow.com/event/presented-by-burlington-county-library-2043
To date, there have been more than 2,000 community and school screenings of “SCREENAGERS,” which is not available for home viewing. The documentary has been featured on PBS NewsHour, Good Morning America and The Dr. Oz Show and has been highlighted in the New York Times and other publications. Filmmaker Delaney Ruston, who is also a primary care physician, made “SCREENAGERS” to underscore the importance of helping kids find balance in a tech-filled world.
