Cinnaminson Mayor proclaims Brain Injury Awareness Day in honor of Jeffrey Nichols
Mayor Anthony Minniti declared March 20 Brain Injury Awareness Day in Cinnaminson at this week’s Township Committee meeting. Minniti issued the proclamation to Cinnaminson Middle School student Lily Nichols. Lily personally knows the hardships traumatic brain injuries can cause — her father, Jeffrey, suffered a traumatic brain injury before passing away a few years ago.
Cinnaminson Middle School participates in World Down Syndrome Day
Cinnaminson Middle School recognized World Down Syndrome Day yesterday by participating in “Rock Your Socks.” The school raised a total of $230 to support the NothingDown.org campaign.

Cinnaminson Township Police Department arrests two at Hallmark Motel
On Sunday, March 19 at 7:58 a.m., Cinnaminson Township Police Officer Joshua Lillagore was on patrol in the Hallmark Motel when he located a vehicle in the lot bearing a license plate which had been reported stolen. Two people were ultimately arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Possession of Hollow Point Ammunition, and Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons.
Cinnaminson woman arrested and charged with DUI
On Saturday, March 18, 50-year-old Bernice Dworniczak Cinnaminson was arrested and charged with a DUI after a hit and run accident on Tom Brown Road and New Albany Road where Dworniczak left the scene.
