Representatives from Investors recently presented the second of two checks totaling $25,000 for the construction of a concession stand and new bathrooms at MemorialĀ Field.
A new concession stand and restrooms at Memorial Park are closer to reality in Mt Laurel, thanks in part to the presentation of the second of two payments of a grant from the Investors Foundation, totalingĀ $25,000.
Mt. Laurel Township applied for the grants from the Investors Foundation, which supports non-profit organizations that enrich the diverse communities served by Investors Bank.
The $12,500 check was presented to Mt. Laurel Mayor Dennis Riley and Deputy Mayor Richard Van Noord at a recent Council meeting by Investors Bank assistant vice president and Mt. Laurel Branch manager Pedro Figueroa.
āWe are so pleased to be able to support the citizens of Mt. Laurel by helping to build the new concession stand and restrooms,ā Figueroa said. āInvestors strongly believes in community and family. The construction of this new building will add to the communityās enjoyment of the park and recreation area.ā
In accepting the check from the Foundation, Riley said, āWe, the Township of Mt. Laurel, are sincerely grateful to the Investors Foundation for this very generous grant toward the building of the Concession Stand and Restrooms at MemorialĀ Field.ā
Deputy Mayor Van Noord added, āWe truly thank Investors Bank for their continued commitment and dedicated service to our Mt. Laurel community.ā
