Upcoming snow storm causes school closings
Winter Storm Niko came through Shamong and disrupted schools and businesses. The Shamong School District was closed Thursday due to the snowstorm. The National Weather Service said that Shamong received almost 2 inches of snow.
Upcoming storm triggers Code Blue in Shamong
The storm had also triggered a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency, allowing Burlington County to provide short-term emergency sheltering.
