The event will provide free dental services to underserved children.
Morrone and Kaye Orthodontics of Moorestown is among the New Jersey dental practices sponsoring an annual Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) event on Friday, Feb. 3. It will be providing free dental services to underserved children ages 12 and younger. The practice is one of more than 100 locations statewide that will be offering free appointments on GKASÂ day.
Services provided at GKAS locations include examinations, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatment and fillings or extractions. Services vary by location.
In Burlington County, four dental offices are providing free appointments on Friday, Feb. 3. Parents are urged to call as soon as possible, since appointments for the event fill quickly.

The American Dental Association (ADA) Foundation launched the GKAS program nationally in 2003 as a way for dentists to join with others in the community to provide dental services to underserved children. The New Jersey Dental Association, the state’s largest organized dental association, manages GKAS day. Last year, more than 3,000 New Jersey children were seen and treated during GKAS programs in a single day.
