Two OLGC students raise over $4,500 for Police Department canine Kevlar vests

Dylan Esser and James Sivley began a campaign back in December 2016 to raise the money.

Our Lady of Good Counsel (OLGC) seventh grade students, Dylan Esser and James Sivley began a campaign to raise money for Kevlar vests for Police Department canines back in December. After raising over $4,500 for their cause, the students will be presenting a check to the Pennsauken/Camden County Police Department on Thursday, Jan. 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the OLGC gymnasium, located at 23 W Prospect Ave.

This event will provide a great opportunity for community members to see how young students are giving back to their community.
