The Evergreens, a continuing care retirement community in Moorestown, recently welcomed two violinists from The Philadelphia Orchestra, Yayoi Numazawa and Hirono Oka, and pianist Jeffrey Uhlig, for a special concert at the community. A reception was held in Great Hall after the event, featuring a variety of desserts prepared by The Evergreens Executive Chef, Bob Rifkin and the dining services team.

“We are honored to welcome Yayoi Numazawa and Hirono Oka to our community,” said Doug Halvorsen, President and CEO at The Evergreens. “We strive to offer our residents the same arts and cultural experiences right here at our community as they might find throughout the region. We were thrilled that both Yayoi and Hirono were able to perform for our residents — their talent is extraordinary, and the concert a truly unforgettable experience for our residents.”
