The Haunted House will be open from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. The event is free and open to the community.
Brave community members are invited into a spooky world of goblins, ghouls, zombies and more at Spring Hills Cherry Hill Assisted Living’s fourth annual free Haunted House on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Complete with crazy chefs, mad scientists and scary scenes acted out from iconic horror films, guests are challenged to journey through the haunted mansion, located at 1450 Marlton Pike East in Cherry Hill.
Spring Hills Cherry Hill’s senior residents will be on hand as zombies, ghostly dinner guests or passing out candy to the trick-or-treaters. In addition to the frights, there will also be special Disney-theme activities in the courtyard just for kids that will include face painting, a balloon artist, a photo booth and more.
“Our residents love celebrating Halloween,” Spring Hills Cherry Hill Executive Director Sanjay Kansupada said. “It takes them back to when they were young, especially when the kids from Cherry Hill come in costume to trick or treat. We’re excited to invite everyone from the community into our home for this special Halloween celebration.”
Students from the Cherry Hill Alternative School will help the staff and residents transform Spring Hills into an unrecognizable Halloween spectacular.
Guests are welcome to come dressed in costumes, tour the mansion and receive candy along the way. For questions contact Maureen or Brian at (856) 874–7700.
