A male, age 25, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree possession of cocaine and a disorderly persons offense for possession of a hypodermic needle.
On Sept. 28 at 9:30 p.m., Evesham officers and detectives were conducting an investigation into a reported residential burglary when they stopped a vehicle in the unit block of Hornsby Drive. During the investigation Evesham Police K-9 Brody was called upon to assist officers with the detection of narcotics. K-9 Brody was walked around the exterior of the suspect’s vehicle at which time he alerted officers to the presence of narcotics inside the car. A subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of cocaine and hypodermic needles.
Arrested:
A male, age 25, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree possession of cocaine and a disorderly persons offense for possession of a hypodermic Needle. He was released on his own recognizance.
