The inaugural Evesham Township Clean Communities “Green Fair” event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Evesboro Downs Park from noon to 3 p.m.
The inaugural Evesham Township Clean Communities “Green Fair” event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Evesboro Downs Park from noon to 3 p.m.
Attendees can discover ways to keep the Evesham community clean, green and beautiful. Those at the event will also be able to experience hands-on educational exhibits and giveaways.
The event will also feature fun for the whole family and an interactive variety show for children at 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.
Other participating organizations at the event will provide information on electric cars, eating local and healthy, recycling do’s and don’ts, rooftop solar installations, composting, alternative transportation, reducing single use plastics, information on local water infrastructure and waterways, landscaping with native plants, the Evesham Community Garden, home efficiency tips and more.
This is event is brought to residents by the Evesham Clean Communities Program through the Evesham Public Works department.
