The Tabernacle Athletic Association (TAA) will once again offer its annual winter general softball skills clinic from January through March at the Olson Middle School gym.
With the goal of helping players improve their throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting skills, the eight-week clinic will be held on Saturdays beginning on Jan. 9 and be divided into two age groups. Participants in fourth through eighth grade will practice from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Players from Kindergarten through third grade are scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
The clinic is open to all players in the Seneca sending towns and the total cost of the clinic per player is $50. There is an additional $10 insurance fee for non-Tabernacle residents.
