On Nov. 6 at 9:06 p.m., an officer from the department’s proactive unit investigated two men he observed exchange a large amount of money in the parking lot of the AMC8, 800 North Route 73.
Further investigation by officers determined that the men were involved in illegal gambling, leading to both their arrest and seizure of $1,400 cash.
Arrested:
A male, age 28 of Cinnaminson, was charged with third degree promoting gambling. He was released on his own recognizance.
A male, age 28, of Cherry Hill was charged with third degree promoting gambling. He was released on his own recognizance.
