Michelle Nocito would make a terrific Voorhees Township Committeewoman for a numerous amount of reasons.
I met Michelle when I was teaching her daughter at a pre-school in Voorhees and we developed an instant friendship.
At the time I was struggling with my career path and Michelle, who is such a kind person, counseled me and encouraged me to always follow my true passion. In one year, she changed my entire thought process.
Never allowing me to say, “I can’t” and forcing me to step out of my comfort zone to try new things, Michelle made me believe that if I wanted it, regardless of all obstacles, I could get it.
Voorhees couldn’t ask for a better mentor or leader. She is a business professional, a scholar, a leader in practicing and preaching good health in the community with her involvement in yoga and marathon racing, a member of her children’s PTA, a devoted wife, a mentor and what I find to be the most influential, a strong independent woman.
Her determination to make Voorhees a place people are proud to live, feel safe and love is endless. Michelle fights for greatness. It is because of her I write this letter to support her in the upcoming election as I am finishing my master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology due to Michelle’s continuous support and encouragement.
I still refer to her as my “life guru”.
By electing Michelle Nocito on Nov. 3, we would be gaining a strong, passionate Township Committee Member who will bring new life, intelligence and overwhelming optimism to our local government.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Schecter (A very proud friend)
