Jacqueline Burke of Moorestown has been named development associate at the Alice Paul Institute, Lucy Beard, the Institute’s executive director, announced it.
“We are pleased to welcome Burke to our staff,” Beard said.
Burke is adjunct professor at Drexel University’s School for Public Policy.
Previously, she served as director of the Women’s Policy Institute of New Jersey. She has also served as associate executive director in charge of research and policy for the New Jersey State Senate Democratic office.
Burke holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
The Alice Paul Institute’s mission is to honor the legacy of Alice Paul’s work for gender equality through education and leadership development.
