Theft arrest in Medford
On May 10 a Verde Vex Bicycle was reported stolen from a residence on Bank Street. On June 7 at 7:01 p.m. patrol units located the bicycle in possession of a man at Eayrestown Road and Haynes Run. He turned over the bicycle on scene and advised that it was not his, and that he found it. The owner of the bicycle responded and identified the bicycle. The bicycle was later turned over to the owner. Further investigation revealed that the man stole the bicycle from in front of a residence on Bank Street approximately two months ago. He was charged with 2C:20–3A Theft of Movable Property and released pending a court appearance.
