The following comes from Evesham Police Lt. Joseph Friel:
On May 15 at 10:26 p.m., Evesham Township Police officers responded to the 7-Eleven Store, 787 East Route 70 for a dispute between a female and a cab driver. While officers were speaking with the involved parties, the female swung at the investigating officer. The female was then advised she was under arrest at which time she resisted arrest and kicked the officer numerous times while being handcuffed.
Arrested:
A female, age 25, of Clementon, was charged with third degree aggravated assault on an officer and fourth degree resisting arrest. She was released on her own recognizance.
