NJ Aid For Animals, an all-volunteer animal charity, will host a comedy night on Thursday, April 30 at 7 p.m. at PJ Whelihans located at 1854 E. Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill. The fundraising event will feature Holly Faris, a celebrity impersonator, as Joan Rivers.
Guests are welcome to arrive early for half price appetizers from 4 to 7 p.m. Then, at 7 p.m., “Joan Rivers” will take the stage with her signature comedic style.
All comedy enthusiasts and animal supporters over 21 are welcome to attend. Tickets are priced at just $25 when purchased in advance and $30 at the door. Guests can register at www.eventbrite.com. All event proceeds will benefit NJAFA.
“We encourage everyone to come out and attend what promises to be a fun event to help us continue to help abused and abandoned animals,” said NJAFA president Kathy McGuire.
