Mooretown Improvement Association hosts annual meeting March 26

If this winter finds you longing to be MIA (missing in action), lounging on some warm, faraway beach with an umbrella-laden drink in hand, you are invited to experience a different kind of MIA here in Burlington County.

The Moorestown Improvement Association, the oldest civic association in town, will be hosting their annual meeting at the Moorestown Community House on March 26 at 7 p.m.

This meeting is free and open to all, with a special invitation to those with an interest in old Moorestown.

The focus of the MIA’s annual meeting will be “A Peek Into The Past,” a slideshow featuring photos that were not included in the 2014 “Images of America” Moorestown book that was written by Kimberly L. Bunn and Lynn F. Schill, both long standing members of the MIA.

Light refreshments will be served.
