The following information was provided by the Medford Twp. Police Department.
Medford Twp. Police responded to a head-on collision on Taunton Boulevard near the intersection of Park Drive. A 29-year-old woman from Moorestown was operating a 2011 Nissan Rouge south on Taunton Boulevard and failed to properly negotiate the curve. She crossed into oncoming traffic, striking the Lexus driven by a 48-year-old woman from Maple Shade.
The Moorestown woman was not wearing a seatbelt and subsequently sustained a head injury when her head struck the windshield of her vehicle. She and a 54-year-old man from Medford, who was a passenger, both sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
