Moorestown FIRST Robotics team hosts first STEM-LEGO Competition on Feb. 19

The Moorestown High School FIRST Robotics team will be holding their first STEM — LEGO Competition for grades kindergarten through sixth this Thursday, Feb. 19 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m at the Upper Elementary School Cafeteria.

This is a fun opportunity for kids K-6 to learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), whilst getting creative with their LEGOs. There will be age specific categories, and students will compete for prizes and trophies. This event will appeal to girls and boys alike, with lots of fun activities including a chance to drive our 120 lbs robot, Pretzel.

Reserve your child’s spot by registering at https://www.ticketriver.com/event/14447.

Tickets may also be purchased for $5 at the door. No charge for parents and non-building guests. BYOL (Bring Your Own LEGOS).
