Cherry Hill ringing in the season with Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 8

Cherry Hill Township will host its annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Monday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the Carmen Tilelli Community Center beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The evening will feature numerous performance by local youth choirs. Scheduled to perform are children from the Kid Academy Learning Center, the Christ Our Light Children’s Choir, Cherry Hill High School East’s Voice and the Belles of East and the Cherry Hill High School West Chamber Singers.

The evening will include the lighting of the township Christmas tree and Hanukkah Menorah. Santa Claus will also stop by for a visit.

The event is open to all residents. Light refreshments will be served. For more information, call (856) 488–7868.
