New Jersey Planning Officials, the association of New Jersey’s planning and zoning boards of adjustment, has honored LourdesCare at Cherry Hill with its annual Achievements in Planning Award.

New Jersey Planning Officials recognizes projects, large and small, that reflect good sense in planning; dedicated individuals, whose efforts through planning benefit their community’s quality of life, agencies on every level of government generating model approaches to planning, and organizations and initiatives promoting the ideals of sound planning.

NJPO calls LourdesCare a creative and transformative adaptive reuse project of a seven-acre greyfield and environmentally challenged site that has become a model of economic revitalization and rejuvenation in the heart of South Jersey.
