The YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties has announced the addition of nine new members to its Board of Governors. Each will serve two-year terms. Board members are responsible for strategic planning, policy development, raising awareness and fundraising — all to forward the Y’s cause of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
“We’re pleased to welcome these highly accomplished business and community leaders to our Board of Governors as the Y continues to expand programs and services to meet the ever-growing needs of Burlington and Camden county residents,” said Tim Kerrihard, President and CEO, YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties.
One board member is Leor Hemo , the executive vice president of Wolf Commercial Real Estate in Marlton. He is a board member of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Southern New Jersey, and a member of the Grand Lodge of Society of Free & Accepted Masons for the State of New Jersey and Urban Land Institute. Hemo resides in Cherry Hill with his three children.
